Deployment Experience:

(1) Maintained primary school that subsequently became part of a MAT

NLG for school after going into special measures. Significant difficulties around the role of Chair which ended with them resigning. School subsequently became part of MAT and was NLG to the MAT until the school had been stabilized and felt able to work on own

(2) Secondary academy

Became NLG to new Chair after issues in school. Continued to be significant issues across school and with Principal. Deployment finished with the resignation of the Chair after 6 months.

(3) Primary (VC) school

NLG for school in RI, helping chair to ensure smooth transition back to “good” for the school. Still deployed here.
